Believe

To Believe is to have faith.

When creating this portrait I wanted the train to represent the choices in your life. By boarding the train you are choosing to believe. Do you take the chance, or not? For those who believe, the wonders of life never fade. It’s not about being able to see or touch something, but knowing it in your heart that it exists.

As children the decision is easy, but as you move through life the innocence wears off and you begin to question something that should easily be believable. When you believe, your journey in life can be magical.

Some people do. Some people don’t. It is up to you to decide if you BELIEVE. 

The First Snowfall

What is the magic behind waking to the first snowfall? You go to sleep with the world looking one way for so long and wake to the next looking entirely different. The world is now white with snowflakes falling, each one unique. If walked on it shows you where you have been, while looking ahead shows an unblemished path. 

Unconditional Love

Unconditional love is defined as love that is given freely and one is loved no matter what.

My passion for photography stems from moments like this. As the saying goes "A picture is worth a thousand words." To describe unconditional love is one thing, but being able to capture it in an image for all to see is another.

Moments that illustrate life, love, and imagination inspire me to create portraits for others to show their story. Portraits contain memories that can be passed down to future generations.
