It’s nice to meet you! I am Heather!

I am someone who never outgrew their childhood imagination and loves to explore the outdoors that God created. I married my high school sweetheart, whom I first met at the age of eight. I also like to say I am blessed with the best of both worlds by being a mother of two boys and two girls!

Why did I become a photographer? Other than it being my passion, I believe the world is full of unexplainable things; vast oceans, skyscraping mountains, colorful rainbows, magnificent animals, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and those little miracles that run circles around us and grow up in the blink of an eye. My passion is to photograph those moments that words can’t even begin to describe.

Photography is the story I fail to put into words.

Imagine trying to describe how you looked and felt while carrying life. Or how your child grew up and looked their senior year of high school when they are about to step out into the world. Now imagine having portraits to paint the picture of these moments that we will never get back and all the moments in between.

Now envision an image that captures your child’s imagination. A child could imagine being on an adventure with their favorite animal, wild or tame. Why not create it for all to see? If a child dreams of being a superhero and saving the day? Then why not create an image that shows that bravery? What girl doesn’t love to play dress up and pretend they are a princess? Then why not create an image that captures their fairytale dreams?
